At first looked nice. After working all day long (disassembling paint booth) i noticed a smell that came from that impact.
Snap On takes any job and wants even more. Will never buy Bosch again.
After 15 more minutes it died. Cannot compare them.
Bought this impact couple months ago. I liked this tool until i started doing professional job.
Bought Snap On 14.4 instead.
Very powerful and battery charge last a long time. Excellent cordless drill. Great torque.
The light on the drill is genius, Seems I'm always in a place that is dark so the light lights up the area of the screw.This drill is not for boring holes in wood, You would need a larger capacity drill for that. It is easy to take on a roof or hold above your head when I am putting up supply grills. One of my buddies was so impressed he had to get one too. This tool is great for an A/C mechanic, It seems like I take out or put back a million screws on A/C panels or I'm using the tool for putting in sheet metal screws in sheet metal.This Impactor is light to carry and use. The battery charge last a long time and I'm very impressed with the life of the battery. But for most jobs this drill is a must tool.It has taken a beating for a year and still runs perfect.
Especially when offered as refurbished, the net cost is little more than what the two included batteries would cost alone. It is noisy but not objectionably so and certainly has the feel of quality you expect from Bosh. The nice thing about this product is that it gets you through the tough chores the rest of the PS series can bog down at. I've used the PS40 on some stubborn drilling and fastener projects and it prevented me from having to bring out the big gun drivers with old generation battery charge issues as well as weight.
Great battery time and a fast recharge. A fantastic tool for anyone who uses a drill frequently. I do a lot of set up (like movie sets) and I use this tool the most. I use it while the other guys have thier 18V DeWalts at 6-8lbs or more and I can keep up with them screw for screw. Very light and very powerful.
